Commercial Office Painting β Downtown LA
Commercial PaintingGlendale
Project Overview
A professional services firm leasing two floors in a Downtown LA office building needed common areas, conference rooms, and a reception lobby repainted to match a rebrand, without closing the office during business hours.
Minimizing Business Disruption
The client's core requirement was zero disruption to weekday operations. We scheduled the entire project across three consecutive weekends, breaking the scope into the reception lobby and conference rooms first, then each floor's hallways and shared spaces in following weekends, so Monday mornings were always move-in ready.
Process
Each weekend session started Friday evening after staff left and wrapped by Sunday evening. We used low-odor, fast-curing commercial paint specifically so there was no lingering smell when employees returned Monday morning. Furniture and IT equipment in conference rooms were fully protected and reset to original positions after each session.
Before & After
Before: dated beige walls throughout common areas and a reception lobby that didn't reflect the firm's updated brand colors. After: a refreshed neutral palette with a navy accent wall in reception matching the firm's new branding, and consistent, freshly painted hallways across both floors.
Customer Feedback
The office manager specifically called out that no employee noticed any disruption to their workweek, and that the weekend-only schedule let the rebrand roll out without any downtime.
